Bonus Companion Reward Error Still Unresolved

A good month ago we reported the massive uproar created by the misleading description in Neverwinter’s Bonus Companion Reward Promotion and how users felt scammed because they did not receive the account unlocked rewards as promised.

Albeit many promises and feedback by Communications Manager Alexander “yetweallfalldown” Monney that they are progressing towards a solution, nothing has been done so far and the thread has been locked to prevent more negative feedback regarding the issue. We are still slightly optimistic that a combination of technical issues, priority and/or lack of manpower led to the delay, but if you are affected it can’t hurt to start or continue to bug support about the issue to keep them honest.
