Neverwinter Community Watch
The Community Watch is a recurring format on the weekends that summarizes interesting stories, forum posts, links and news in the Neverwinterverse that are worth reporting, but don’t warrant a full own post.
Here’s what happened during the last week:
- The dev blogs featured environmental art and Castle Never. And Castle Never environmental art.
- The new Humble Bundle has a Pirate Pack for Neverwinter that includes a companion and the fashion set that could be obtained by participating in the Combat League or PVP campaign.
- You also want to monitor the official PWE subreddit as players that bought the Bundle for other reasons are giving away free packs.
- Coalgate has officially hit PC. While Xbox user are still trying to get Microsoft and BBB involved, PC users have started a facebook march.
- E-peen of the week: The XBox thread about Coalgate has 368 replies, the PC one 722.
- A banned user from LGPG that feels unjustifiably hit has posted his lengthy exchanges with PWE support and community team in a thread in the Xbox support forums.
- Brace yourself! Lewstelamon01 is back and didn’t waste time to majorly trim the Trade Bar Store Update thread.
- After PWE subreddit admin Pirkel voiced discontent about abusing downvotes, they tweaked the CSS so that downvotes are no longer visible for non-subscribers. If you know how to use browser consoles, Tampermonkey or Stylish, there are easy ways around it. Downvoting still very much works, the button just doesn’t show.
- The first guild has maxed their Stronghold. Congrats!
- This guide will probably raise the hate on OPs even more.
- And yes there’s definitely hate. Otherwise players wouldn’t promote an obvious bug as justice and wai.
- Uh-oh. Lazalia has officially run out of stuff to solo! We need Mod 9 asap so he can deal with all those new leveling dungeons! But honestly, it’s a nicely made video. Go watch it.
I like how a year later paladin is still a problem, yet when DC&GF dailies became a “problem” they quickly nuked them.
