Neverwinter Community Watch

The Community Watch is a recurring format on the weekends that summarizes interesting stories, forum posts, links and news in the Neverwinterverse that are worth reporting, but don’t warrant a full own post.

Here’s what happened during the last week:

  • The devs talked about the Portobello’s Treasures and UI Art-Dev How-To in this weeks official blogs.
  • The Beholder has been found! The auction house currently lists three starting at 50M. Don’t forget that we are convinced the Beholder will end up on the ZEN market, so it might be wise to wait and not pay illustrious amounts.
  • Because of the Lostmauth set nerf, the devs are offering a 1:1 exchange for other Artifact gear. Fair.
  • No give without take, so the devs are stripping the remaining AD in the Leadership profession.
  • The Russian Drider server seems to be having issues with the Demogorgon fight.
  • Happy Andyversary! The official congrats thread can be found here.
  • If you’re looking for a Hunter Ranger build, you might want to check this video.
  • The little gimmicks of the Protobello Camapign just won’t stop. Did you now the maps feature DM sheets?
  • Someone lucky could get a purple mount on reddit.
  • According to their recruiting thread, LGPG has achieved GH20 on Xbox. Congrats!
  • PSA: New event “Wondrous Bazaar Discount
  • The PWE subreddit failed to distance themselves from the official forum once again during the latest exploit. In a lengthy exchange Ironzerg defended their censorship and Uncensored as usual is being discussed and branded a harmful site. Interesting that he seems to be using our tools anyway.
  • Video of a Guardian Fighter soloing Malabog’s Castle.
  • Thefabricant aka Sharpedge challenges the devs to make testing on the PTS easier to avoid a fiasco like this.
  • Meanwhile 25 Control Wizards challanged the dragon queen, and won.
