Neverwinter Weekender: Call-to-Arms? Yawn!

weekenderlogoThe Neverwinter Weekender is our weekly column that contains everything you need to know to have some fun along the Sword Coast on the weekends! We’ll inform you guys about the events across all platforms, preview and review them as well as hand out some tips and guides. This is the perfect spot to start off your adventures!

This weekend Call-to-Arms is back across all platforms and you can amass those Medallions of Battle again! Too bad its one of the formats that is in dire need of an update because the rewards are no longer there. But in case you like the transmutes, might be worth to queue up for one or two. Also check whether you can still get substantially more Medallions while queuing solo. Especially on consoles that could be a nice way of getting lots of currency in a short amount of time, because Battle of the Bridge is the quickest skirmish within the CtA lineup.

Other than that console players can collect 2x Professions and get 20% off the Item category on the ZEN Market while waiting for the Ravenloft release on Tuesday. PC has 2x Influence to help out Strongholds and 20% off Companions.

We hope you guys will enjoy the weekend with our overview! In case you have any questions or remarks, make sure to put them in the comments or visit the corresponding thread on our message board!

Why not do epic ones of these, make the enemies level 75+ and then throw a mount or two at it for rewards?

Because that would require putting resources into something that is not “new content for next mod”, and that’s a hard sell given their current budget and staff. Basically.
