Neverwinter Weekender: Getting Ready for ToA on Consoles!

weekenderlogoThe Neverwinter Weekender is our weekly column that contains everything you need to know to have some fun along the Sword Coast on the weekends! We’ll inform you guys about the events across all platforms, preview and review them as well as hand out some tips and guides. This is the perfect spot to start off your adventures!

It’s a relatively quiet weekend in the Neverwinterverse as PC has their hands full testing the next update on preview and consoles are getting ready for their journey into the jungle! Additionally official streaming currently seems to be off for a while. There’s no community stream scheduled for today and on Twitter Community Manager Julia ruled out the possibility of a maintenance stream on Tuesday well.

Some Minor Events and Sales

Obviously there is never nothing going on alongside the Sword Coast. PC folks are still grinding the siege event and can enjoy another installment of the Solo PVP Queue. Paired with a corresponding sale it’s a good opportunity to build up PVP currency. Don’t forget module 12b comes with a new tier of PVP armor! It’s never too early to start collecting Glory and Seals!

Consoles in the meantime get Double Experience and a massive character slot and service sale. Throwing out extra experience before bigger updates has become a staple, but as already mentioned around here it’s no longer a feat to players. Most content of Tomb of Annihilation requires item level 12,000, so it’s not like your brand new 70 could start the campaign anyway. Can’t hurt to stock up on some character slots for 80% off though.
