Neverwinter Uncensored’s patch note parser runs through any bigger patch notes and offers additional context to the changes that were made to the game. Today we are taking a closer look into version “NW.100.20180709g.19“.
First of all there’s good news for all those that have discarded or otherwise used up the Apocalypse Dagger back in the day. Those players can now re-claim the item at the Reward Claims Agent. We’ve talked about how the wrong assumption that all players that once obtained the Dagger still possess it led to some people unable to complete the Ravenloft Apocalypse set. That’s now possible, albeit only until Module 15 hits. We’re not sure why the devs are putting a time limit on the reclaiming process since this means there might still be people that miss out, but at least for now the issue has been resolved.
Achievement and Item Fixes
The patch also deals with a lot of achievement and item issues. The Apocalypse set for example now debuffs targets by the amount stated in its tooltip. In that regard it’s certainly worth mentioning that fixing the negative effect for players (debuffing the caster instead of the target) took considerably longer than fixing the positive one now. That’s called priorities! On top of that however, players will be pleased to hear that Heels of Fury now stacks with the Fured Kiuno of the Bear and dual-stat enchantments finally work on Companions again.
People can also hope that the Auction House will become a little bit more responsive with today’s patch. Currently it’s especially a pain to post items to the market since you’ll constantly run into the cooldown by switching from searching to posting. We’re not sure whether they changed the logic of the cooldown or just made it shorter. But both would definitely help.
There’s some more stuff included. So make sure to read through the full patch notes here.
