Vendor Sell Issue Hopefully Fixed – Support Hands out ZEN Compensation

The vendor sell issue we reported yesterday is hopefully a thing of the past by the time you read this article. The devs restarted their servers last night in an attempt to get rid of the nasty bug.

Players that already lost items due to the glitch have to contact support. But fortunately the guys over at PWE HQ seem to be moving through tickets fast and re-roll characters in order to get players their stuff back. You even get ZEN or ADs refunded that you lost due to the process. We hope though that support checks whether items might have been moved to a different account.

Additionally, as posted on the official Subreddit, affected players apparently get compensated with 1,000 ZEN from support. PC player already got a free gift for their own struggles with the Heart of Fire launch, and the devs have to reach into their own pocket once more to come up for their mistakes. Unfortunately the next issue might just be around the corner, because some players apparently didn’t receive their Twitch Prime rewards. This game folks… Sometimes it’s frustrating. But hey, really kudos to them for taking on the responsibility and act accordingly. As we all know that hasn’t always been the case in the past and is a great sign moving forward.

I hope this helps people use protection (no pun intended) more often. No game or person is perfect and having and using this option on items that are important to keep should be a must include and use.
