Welcome to the latest installment of our Bag of Tricks! On some days you will find useful tricks, gimmicks and ideas here that can make life in Neverwinter Online easier. Some of the stuff should be well known, but since even veterans learn something new every now and then, chance is you can, too.
A couple days ago Beckylunatic provided a valuable piece of knowledge about the Chult Weapons that most of you might not be aware of. The weapon set functions as lowest tier in the current progression and supplies alternative characters. That’s why they are relatively cheap to craft, and go for a reasonable price on the Auction House. Now that alone isn’t a shocker, but as Becky rightfully mentioned the good supply can save you a few Cube of Augmentation as well.
Every Artifact Off-Hand comes with a utility stat increase and class feature bonus, from which one is already randomly active at its creation. But if that’s not the combination you want, which is most likely, you’ll need to try your luck and throw Cubes at the random number generator to unlock other stuff. It can turn out quite frustrating, because of course you’ll always get the bonuses you want last.
Being patient on the Auction House, this cube-of-augmentation bingo can be avoided with Chult Weapons. Some sellers don’t pay attention and miss to adjust the price for the best Off-Hand bonuses. So browsing through the auctions you might be able to snatch your perfect combination at a competitive price.
